Take 1 capsule per day for a fortnight leading up to the first day of sun exposure and for each day of this sun exposure.
Take every day for prolonged periods of sun exposure, which can even include all year.
During the period of sun exposure, it is essential to combine this with a topical photoprotection.
POLYPODIUM LEUCOTOMOS: A fern which grows in certain areas of Central and South America, which is rich in polyphenols with antioxidant action. It protects against solar radiation by activating the skin’s natural defence mechanisms. Furthermore, its stops premature skin ageing by inhibiting free radicals. It also increases the skin’s resistance to the aggression of solar radiation; it triples resistance to sun exposure and reduces the appearance of erythema (redness). It also repairs and protects cellular DNA, preventing the onset of skin cancer.
L-CYSTEIN: Derived from an amino acid which offers an antioxidant action, useful in preventing oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
LUTEIN: A pigment from the carotenoid family, whose antioxidant properties protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals and prevent premature ageing.
VITAMIN C: Contributes to protecting cells from oxidative damage, and to the proper formation of collagen, for normal skin function.
VITAMIN E: A fantastic sunscreen, which not only protects from sun rays, but also has regenerating properties, preventing excesses caused by the sun.
