Retinol

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant found in foods like citrus. Vitamin C protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals (generated when the body breaks down food, or by exposure to smoke and radiation).Vitamin C is essential for the skin, bones and connective tissue.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is found in many foods. It acts as an antioxidant protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals, due to tobacco smoke, radiation, pollution… Vitamin E plays an important role in the immune system and the body’s metabolic processes.
